Napp Pharmaceuticals Ltd - BAIT - unhelpful - actually an Abusive / Nasty experience

Why put you through to someone who can't help? Who proceeds to tells you what he want's to, and doesn't listen? Tells you you're wrong, and wrong to ask? Makes it feel like he's TRYING to upset / pick a fight / abuse? TOTALLY UNSYMPATHETIC AND UNHELPFUL - was my experience. From which I conclude: Napp Pharmaceuticals are likely to be: - great products - high quality - really helpful and wouldn't hurt a fly, even if it was very lucrative, or in the presence of undeclared interests? Why employ humans to behave like that, if you don't want to help. Robots (if it wasn't) would be much cheaper, and less distressing for Napp employees. Sincere and fawning, possibly, to 'medical practitioners', with things like - as in the past free mugs - that were such an informative and helpful item for the Dr. Hence a sound and principled investment? What do you think? I look forward to hearing
