Whilst the original roof repairs appeared to be sound, subsequently they failed and water began leaking into the loft again. Despite giving a year's guarantee for the work, all attempts (including the neighbour whose party wall was also impacted) to contact & get these guys to honour the warranty were ignored and blanked.
